[Backport 7.9] LinkRewritePathResolver api needs to return a richer object than just a path

    Description

      someone might for example want to rewrite to a different mount. That is currently not possible. Hence, a richer object need to be returned than just the string nodepath

      set to top since no HST tag is allowed to be set before taken care of this otherwise a backwards breaking api change is required later
