Unit test failures in hst 2.26.xx

I see below failures in unit tests for hst 2.26.xx. Though I do not see any failures in hudson build https://builds.onehippo.org/job/hst-2.26.xx-SNAPSHOT/269/

When I run the the individual test, it is still failing - it is quite reproducible:

cd components/core
mvn test -Dtest=TestHstSiteConfigServlet
