Deprecate 'onlyforcontextpath' usage and use 'contextpath' instead

hst:onlyforcontextpath or getOnlyForContextPath are crappy names. Instead use contextpath and getContextPath instead

Also sanitize unit tests wrt different context paths for hst configuration to use better names than 'examplecontextpathonly' and '/mycontextpath'. Instead user 'intranet' and '/site2'
