Moving menu items in the console is not reflected in the site

Steps to reproduce:

1. login to the console of the archetype
2. select the node /hst:hst/hst:configurations/gettingstarted/hst:workspace/hst:sitemenus/main/news
3. move it up above the 'home' node (use the 'Up' button in the top of the console)
4. save changes
5. open the site: http://localhost:8080/site

Expected: 'news' has become the first menu item
Actual: 'news' is still the last menu item
