    Description

      org.hippoecm.hst.core.component.HstServletResponseState#printPreambleComments incorrectly adds additional spaces to the beginning and end of the comment. This is not inline with what a org.w3c.dom.Comment does when written to a file or output. This breaks 'comments' that depend on leading spaces.
