When deleting a page in the workspace, do a double check that it is not in use by other sitemap items

although in general does not happen (unless a developer created that setup in console or through bootstrap), we should not delete a page definition when deleting a sitemap item when that page definition is being used by other sitemap items (as said, normally should not be the case)
