Upgrade Spring dependency to 3.2.8.RELEASE

The current Springframework version is 3.2.5.
While reviewing all resolved issues between 3.2.5 and 3.2.8 there doesn't seem to be any potential breaking or behavior changing issues. But plenty of fixes, including memory leaks, security and (for instance) improved compatibility with Websphere 6.1

So lets move to 3.2.8 which is currently latest 3.2.x range version.

Special check needs to be done to verify possible transitive dependencies which might get 'auto' updated because of this.
