hstRestProxyService does not seem to work over IPv6

    Description

      When the rest.uri is configured as IPv6, the Channel Manager does not seem to work. Notations tried:

      http://[::1]:8080/site/_cmsrest/sites/#areAlive
      http://::1:8080/site/_cmsrest/sites/#areAlive
      http://[0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001]:8080/site/_cmsrest/sites/#areAlive
      http://0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001:8080/site/_cmsrest/sites/#areAlive

      When using the notation with brackets, the Error is a java.net.UnknownHostException, with the others the message is "It appears that site is still down. Please check with your administrator!"
