    Description

      The aggregationvalve currently doesn't set no-cache headers for cms and preview requests. Implementations have to do this themselves. It doesn't make much sense to cache preview/channelmanager pages, because generally the user wants to see changes immediately.

      After this change, the pages that are requested via the channel manager or in a preview mount should have no-cache headers set.
