In case a request gets 'forwarded' the object and/or query managers from the hst request context need to be cleared

since we use a caching object converter (and in future perhaps caching query mngr as well), in case of a forwarded request, the jcr session belonging to the caching object converter has been returned to the pool already

hence, in case request is forwarded, clear the object and query managers
