having multiple resources bundles per page/template

Hi,

I started using the <hst:setBundle/> tag and actually I can set only one resource bundle per page/template. So, the current best practice is to manage a big resource bundle.

My idea is to be able to manage multiple resources bundles. One will contain the global key and the others will contain only the keys for a specific page/template.

We could provide the two following solutions
#1 provides "composition" of resource bundle documents.
#2 provides inheritance / fallback mechanims.
