Support field groups for HST component parameters

    Description

      We should support the use of the @FieldGroupList and @FieldGroup annotations to order and group component parameters in the template composer. Currently, the template composer displays HST component parameters in the order by which methods are returned by the class of the parameters interface, which is often random (depending on Java's mood).
