Provide repository and cms dependencies pom

End projects (archetype/gogreen/etc) now need to change their cms poms every time a new hst dependency they need is added or removed. It would help simplify upgrading if there is a single pom for all hst dependencies needed by the cms and one such pom for all dependencies needed by the repository.
