hst-test module pull in repository resources which overrides the repository.xml from repository testutils

Tests are failing because the repository.xml file that is used comes from the repository resources artifact which defines a file system lucene index and h2 persistence managers. Apart from the fact that it is slow, using these causes tests to be interdependent because they leave behind files.
