Have the HstResponse, HstRequest and current response namespace available for the AbstractContentRewriter

I noticed during customizing rich text field, that I needed the namespace of the current component that was rendering. However, during ContentRewriting you do not have this info any more.

Hence, I'd like to expose this through the AbstractContentRewriter
