HstLinkTag doesn't always cleanup state when returning EVAL_PAGE

In HstLinkTag#doEndTag(), there are three occurrences that EVAL_PAGE is returned but no cleanup() is called just before.

This may lead to wrong (mixed) state when hst:link is used several times on the same page.
