Callback support in channel manager

We would like create a document in corporate site, which is out side the document root of subsite. This needs to be done, when ever a new sub-site got added. I think this should be provided either by channel manager or providing some call back api to create document using code.

We do want to provide some additional context, so by adding a hook to the channel manager impl. It should then be possible to register a bean in a project and get it invoked as the channel is created. That would be a bit higher level, so then we should be able to give the channel properties as a Channel object, instead of leaving it to the project developer to interpret the channel node structure.
