Description
The inner class HstParameterInfoProxyFactoryImpl#ParameterInfoInvocationHandler needs to be extendable, especially the method 'getPrefixedParameterName'. The inner class used to be public, but was made private in HSTTWO-2025. We probably need a better solution here than a public inner class.
