Resolving mount for hostname should be case insensitive

if your hostname is configured for www.example.com but the user goes to WWW.Example.com, the HST falls back to the default host instead of matching www.example.com. The host part of a URI is case-insensitive: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986#section-3.2.2
