Channel manager complains and does not work correctly when there is an explicit preview mount configured

Since the channel manager in the cms should only work against live mounts (which get decorated as preview mounts), it should not take into account explicitly configured preview mounts.

These preview mounts namely share the same channelPath, which in turn results in a warning from the ChannelManagerImpl, and also at random shows the live or explicit preview in the channel manager
