Have the NoopPipeline return at least some status response as it is confusing that it does not return anything

Because 127.0.0.1 is added automatically these days, you get for

http://127.0.0.1:8080/site/

as blank page without any response.

The page is correct, as it is the NoopPipeline, but it should set some header and response though
