Provide default port on host group

The channel manager needs to be able to generate urls to the different channels. These urls need to include the port number and context paths, as they should be actually dereferenceable.
For production environments, nothing needs to change, but in development the application server is often approached directly. E.g. the default cargo configuration uses port 8080.
