      can you confirm that we can remove

      // guard against potential concurrency issue in cxf dynamic endpoint state management: HSTTWO-1663, CXF-2997
      controller.setDisableAddressUpdates(true);

      CXF-2997 seem to be fixed from 2.3 and we are using 2.3.1
