Make the hst:componentRenderingURL more like the hst:renderURL wrt request parameters.

Currently, as componentRenderingURL is very much like an actionURL.

However, for ajax based apps, it is important to be able to add a hst:param to a componentRenderingURL, for example to load the same component again, but now page=3 instead of page=2
