Improve linkrewriting to inspect the farthest URL to decide whether to include the portNumber and contextPath in fully qualified URLs

with this improvement, we do not need to configure the 'showcontextpath' and showPort properties any more. Also, it will just work out of the box for local development, for productions environment, with or without a proxy, etc

I think this is a very nice improvement we should try to get in as fast as possible
