Make cms location which is needed for inline editing and the template composer available from configuration on a hst:virtualhosts, hst:virtualhost and hst:mount property

    Description

      currently, the cms location is set through a hst-config.property.

      I want to deprecate this property, and configure it on the hosts, host or mount instead. This way, it is configurable within the hst:hst configuration itself per mount what the CMS URL is
