Extract keep-alive rest service from MountResource and remove ComposerPreviewPipeline

The keep-alive rest service is not dependent on an actual mount and can therefore be extract. This is part of simplifying the hst mount configuration for the template composer. The initial sso handshake can, if keepalive is independent from an actual mount be made with a keepalive request.
