Better log message in HstComponentConfigurationService

In org.hippoecm.hst.configuration.components.HstComponentConfigurationService, message "Skipping parameters for component because they only make sense if there are equal number of names and values", add info about the component, e.g. the field canonicalStoredLocation, so that the faulty config is easier located.
