A container should have a visisble outline

Today it is not always clear what the boundaries of a container are. The user does not know where he/she can drag a component to.

Solution: an "Empty Container" has a orangle/yellow rectangle encircling it. We want the same rectangle across every container. Show/demonstrate to team before checking it to see if there are negative side effects.
