HstSiteMapItemHandler needs to be configured in a mount level for convenience.

HstSiteMapItemHandler is a nice feature; it can render something by itself with returning null in #process () method.
Wouldn't it better to allow it to be configured in a mount?
Then one generic handler can be configured to be inherited to each sitemap item
