Refresh as part of save operation swallows other operations

In Hippo Go Green, select the latestcomments component, set limit to 3, click save. A small "saving" popup appears and disappears within a second, and the user now thinks that the action is done. However, the browser is still loading something. While it's still loading, drag the component to another container and wait. After ~5 seconds the page refreshes. The component is still in the old container.

Solution: we make it clearer that the save is still going on and/or disallow other operations while saving
