The properties box should show a message if there are no properties to edit

Currently if a component has no properties to edit, the toolbox shows a white space with space and revert buttons. This is confusing.

What we want is to show a message that there are no properties to edit. Most likely we also want to hide or disable the save and reset btn. The latter is to be discussed with Rolf.
