IE, FF, Vista, HST2 demosuite
Description
1. login to CMS as author
2. Navigate to documents - demosite - news - 2009 - 01 - launch CMS 7 document
3. Click on translate button and select French
4. Translate document dialog opens, define folder names and document name click "OK"
Expected - "Launch CMS 7" document should be available for the user to edit in French
Actual - "Action Failed" error is thrown, below exception is seen in the CMS logs
