Update the Banner component in demosuite to use the BannerInfo class at runtime

The Banner component currently doesn't use the BannerInfo class to get the parameter, it would be better if the class really uses the BannerInfo to get the parameters and uses them in the template. This will work as an example on how to use the ParameterInfo and Parameter annotations.
