FormMap: add multi value support

Currently we cannot store multiple values into FormMap (e.g. checkboxes values)
Attached: path which adds this functionality,.
Additionally, multiple error messages per (stored) field are also possilble
Another change is I added is "sealed" formdata property: once set to true, form data will not be read from repository.

NOTE: there are few cnd changes made.
