Improve the logging and statistics of the connection pool

Hi,
at our project we do a lot with monitoring and jmx. One of the things we have created is a version of the BasicPoolingRepository. I think it is interesting for others as well. Therfore I send you the code. You should change things like package name, but other than that it should be easy to use. Feel free to do with it whatever you want.
