Internal link not always rewritten correctly

• create three documents in the CMS, make sure one of them has spaces in the name
• from a Html field in one document (not the one with spaces in the name), make links to the two other documents
• in the site, the link to the document with spaces is not rewritten correctly, or not at all (no .html extension)

I had three documents under /content/facebook:

Niels
Hans the Hippo
Garfield

I linked from "Niels" to "Hans the Hippo" and "Garfield". In the console, the Html fields has the followin content:

Niels doesn't like <a href="Hans%20the%20Hippo">Hans</a>. He prefers <a href="Garfield">Garfield</a>.<br />

In the HST2 site, this results in:

Niels doesn't like <a href="Hans%20the%20Hippo">Hans</a>. He prefers <a href="Garfield.html">Garfield</a>.<br />
