Handle diacritics in HST configuration

The HST configuration editor doesn check the input. It doesn't warn you if you create a URL matcher like Test/test or Tést.
All non ASCII characters in the HST config are only JCR encoded.

The URL match should suggest cleaned URLs in the same way as when you create documents.

In the menu you want a separate field for the displayed menu name and the path. Now you have to decode the path to display a menu name with diacritics.
