Can't assign thumbnail to page

    Description

      Logged in as admin with CMS 2.12.08.
      Windows with Firefox 3.6, MSIE 8, Chrome 4.1
      HST config editor comes with upload dialog.
      I selected an image (tried full size png, thumbnail png and thumbnail gif).
      It looks like it's uploading the image but then the config editor refreshes and no image is attached.
