Rename hsteditor "namespace" to hst

The configuration editor currently stores prototypes for hst types in a folder called "hsteditor" under the /hippo:namespaces folder. This is confusing, as there is no hsteditor JCR namespace. Rename to hst and populate or remove nodetype descriptions (type hipposysedit:nodetype).
