    Description

      Some things need to happen to improve the Hippo Theme so it can serve future development better.

      Improve the demo page so its more clear what can be used by developers:

      • Make it an actual angular app instead of a thrown together index.html and 1 scripts.js, with views and controllers etc.
      • Create pages with all included components (including basic bootstrap components) like many wrapbootstrap.com theme's have.
