    Description

      Steps to reproduce:-->
      1.start hippo theme project.
      2.Browse to CSS core.
      3.Click on eg."Primary","Success" buttons in IE & Firefox browser.
      4.Dotted rectangle appears around the button layout.
      5.Click on eg."Primary","Success" buttons in Chrome browser.
      6.Blue rectangle appears around the button layout.

      Note:-->Working fine with safari browser.
