EasyForms: Support construction of aggregated forms

Currently, EasyForms maintains a 1-to-1 mapping between a FormBean and a (derived) Form. In order to support the aggregation of multiple (compound) form beans into a single Form, a new, simple constructor and a method to add individual AbstractFieldBeans to that aggregating Form are required.
