Create branches for 7.9 certified plugins and move (clone) their trunk to hippo svn

The development of the certified plugins for 7.10 will be moved to hippo svn.
The maintenance for 7.9 and before will remain at the forge.
To prevent confusion concerning this change, the maintenance of the 7.9 certified plugins as currently done in the force svn trunks will be moved to a branch as well, and their trunk removed (which thus will be continued in hippo svn).

Note: isn't needed for the TCMP plugin as it will no longer be certified as of 7.10 and its development will not be continued in the hippo svn
