Warning displayed in "Language" dropdown for "es" & "cy" on CMS homepage

Steps to reproduce the issue:--
1.Build trunk taxanomy-demo project.
2.Open the cms on "http://localhost:8080/cms/?0".
3.Click the language drop down.
4.Warning is displayed for "es" & "cy" language.

Expected result:-->warning should not be shown in the language drop down.
