Forward-port: Gallerypicker should show available imagesets on upload

    Description

      When uploading a new image, gallerypicker should show a drop down with available imageset types, if more than one are available. The list of available types is specified on the folder we are uploading in.

      Please see HIPPLUG-866 for the resolution in Hippo CMS 7.8
