[Taxonomy] - Adding taxonomy to bootstrap doesn't auto-export correctly

1. Start a new 7.9 (1.09.00) archetype project.

2. Make sure auto-export is on

3. Add the taxonomy plugin dependencies to the CMS

4. Rebuild, restart

5. Import the default taxonomy to /content as per the instructions at http://taxonomy.forge.onehippo.org/cms-configuration.html

6. Re-build, restart with newly compiled bootstrap, new repo

Expected: the taxonomy you imported is loaded

Actual: The new document handle model has caused the auto-export of the taxonomy plugin to mess up
