Implement "deselect all" using link rather than icon

    Description

      Currently, the function to deselect all selected items in a multi-select listbox is made available through an icon below the listbox. The icon is not intuitive for all users, see for instance POLITIEINTRA-234

      Replace the icon with a link "Deselect all"

      Provide a translation in all languages as well

      In fact, the 'x' is already a character, not an icon. which makes the task quite easy
