Easy forms: in file upload, no allowed file extensions should mean no limitations

In the File Upload field, if the file extensions configuration is empty, the field is not valid.

But it's more logical to allow all in that case, i.e. no limitations.

Please fix in trunk and 7.9 branch in org.onehippo.forge.easyforms.util.FileUploadValidationUtil#validateFileNameExtensions
