Easy Forms: curly braces used in velocity mail templates

In default mail templates easyforms_html.vm, and possibly in easyforms_text.vm, ${form.getTitle()} is used leading to sending literally "${form.getTitle()}" in the e-mail.

It should be just $form.getTitle()
